loud air conditionerunclean bathroom
i had some problems with the room. the air conditioner didn't seem to work. it was too loud and kept cutting on and off. the bathroom wasn't very clean either. there were hairs and some stains on the floor when i got there. the showerhead had weak pressure.

the room was a beautiful studio. it was huge considering the location. the staff was lovely and very helpful. i could choose two complimentary snacks a night from the snack cupboard.
i have not had the security deposit back yet, even after calling and emailing.

Wonderful Sonesta Experience

The staff was quite friendly and helpful. I received an upgrade to a suite this time and I appreciated it. The room was super comfortable and spacious and it was also very clean. I found the location provided easy access to MTA buses and subways.
I noticed some areas in the common areas that was quite run down and worn.

The rooftop bar offers fabulous decor and amazing views of the surrounding area. There is also a cafe on-site for breakfast and quick bites. A gym is accessible wanting to maintain their workout routines.

The hotel is near Grand Central station which provides easy access to transportation. I found many restaurant options on 3rd street. Murray Hill is a quiet area, but it suited my needs well as a business traveler.

i liked the spacious and quiet rooms. the beds felt very cozy. the staff at the hotel was nice and helpful. it includes an on-site restaurant and a rooftop bar. this is a really good value and the location is excellent.
The cupboard in the room was a bit worn, dusty, and outdated. there was a smell to it upon arrival.
